Terms of Service

General Terms

  • By commissioning the artist, you agree to the Terms of Service.

  • The client acknowledges that there are no physical goods and only digital goods in the transaction

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission requests.

  • The client has to pay 100% upfront first before the start of the commission.

  • Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.

  • The client must notify the artist of their desired deadline if the client wishes to get the product within a certain time period. Additional fees may apply.

  • The artist will keep the client updated on the progress either through Discord, Twitter or E-Mail depending on the client's preference.

Revisions

  • The product can have up to 2 main revisions.

  • Please refrain from constantly asking for small changes while a commission is being streamed.

Copyright & Usage

  • The client must credit the artist when using the commissioned product.

  • The client can use the commission for basic commercial use restricted to streaming and social media.

  • For merchandise usage, the client will be charged double the total price.

  • The artist reserves the right to use the artwork for portfolio or promotional means.

  • Progress may be streamed and posted. If the client wants the commission to be kept secret during the process, please notify the artist before the start of the commission.

  • Reselling of any files is not allowed.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Client cancellation: Partial refund of the remaining work & fee for time lost.

  • Artist cancellation: Refund of the remaining work.

  • If a commission is canceled before starting, a full refund is possible.

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel at anytime under any circumstances.

  • If the client fails to maintain communication for more than 30 days after request for approval or feedback, the commission will be cancelled and no refund will be possible. The most recent files will be sent to the client.

Commission Process

  • Deadlines will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

  • The artist will keep in contact with the client for any further questions about the product and small updates on what the artist is working on right now.

  • Sketches/samples will be shown to the client to receive feedback for the 1st main revision.

  • The artist will work on the revision and proceed working on the commission.

  • The artist will show the client the final stage of the product for the 2nd main revision.

  • The artist will work on the 2nd revision before showing the finished product to the client and asking for approval.

  • If the finished product has been approved by the client, the artist will send the files via Email or Discord.

  • No more small revisions can be made after the client has approved the finished product.

  • The commission is complete after the client received the files.
